Kahoot as a strategy to strengthen the teaching process

Abstract
This study arose from the need to encourage teachers to use the Kahoot tool as an effective alternative to improve student learning in different subjects. Gamification in the educational system is considered an active and innovative methodology, since the use of technology has generated a positive impact on the learning process. The objective of the research was to propose the use of Kahoot as a learning strategy to strengthen the teaching process by teachers. The methodology used in this work was non-experimental, mixed cross-sectional, we worked with a population of 50 teachers from District D0601 of the Paute canton of different educational levels, a survey was carried out to determine the degree of participation and application of the Kahoot tool. to improve the teaching process in students. The results showed that the investigated teachers apply gamification partially, and the Kahoot educational platform in the same way. Finally, it was shown that teachers who consider that the use of technological tools can improve student learning, likewise their students participate in classes.
