Abstract
Climate change and Covid-19 constitute challenges for the development of responsible tourism that implies a change and reorientation for tourism. The practices for its confrontation have demonstrated the value of the integrated action of the whole society. From these perspectives, the elements from the strategic risk management approach can serve as tools for the development of tourism responsible. The objective of this research is to promote the development of responsible tourism as a response to the challenges that Climate Change and Covid 19 represent in the 2030 Agenda in the development of Tourism. The bibliographic and documentary review allowed the construction of the theoretical and methodological framework for this study, the comparative, descriptive-explanatory methods favored establishing comparisons between different positions of authors, as well as defining the criteria assumed by the author throughout the study. investigative process.
