Burnout and job performance among staff at the Huancavilca savings and credit cooperative

Abstract
Introduction: The present research work is framed in how the so-called Burnout syndrome affects the performance of the personnel who work in the Nueva Huancavilca cooperative, for this the problems that affect its functioning were determined, such as: the emotional and mental exhaustion that occurs due to the work stress that exists in the cooperative, Staff feel exhausted, unmotivated, and have a negative attitude toward their coworkers. Objectives: Its main objective is to determine how Burnout syndrome affects the work performance of the staff working in the cooperative. Methodology: the methodology to be used for the collection of information was quantitative by applying surveys to the 62 workers of the entity, seeking answers to their problems to propose workable solutions to the current situation that the institution is going through. Results: The central dimensions of burnout such as depersonalization and emotional exhaustion are strongly related, with respect to Koopman's dimensions of work performance they are significantly interconnected. Conclusions: This research establishes comparisons between cases arising in other companies with the case of the cooperative, mentioning how the variables in each of the cases are related to each other.
