Cooperative learning as a methodological strategy to strengthen the teaching-learning process of the general accounting module

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to know the application and advantages of using cooperative learning as an active methodological strategy to strengthen the teaching-learning process in the general accounting training module of the accounting professional figure. Methodologically, semi-structured interviews were developed with three teachers from a public institution that teach this subject in technical high school. The research showed that cooperative learning allows to strengthen the knowledge of the general accounting module, as well as improve social relations between students, which proves that this methodology has a positive influence on improving the teaching-learning process in the general accounting module in technical high school students.
