Abstract

Introduction: This study addresses the integration of emerging technologies and financial management to enhance profitability in construction projects at Cinprodis in Cuenca, Ecuador. Objective: To evaluate how the integration of emerging technologies and financial practices optimizes the profitability of construction projects. Methodology: Projects were analyzed through the collection and evaluation of financial and technological data, applying both qualitative and quantitative methods. Results: It was evidenced that the integration of emerging technologies improves financial management, although the actual benefits were less than expected and challenges in implementation were observed. Conclusion: The adoption of emerging technologies, along with rigorous financial management, is essential to improve the profitability of construction projects.
