The gender gap in technical education

Abstract
Introduction: In social progress and efforts to promote gender equality, inequalities persist, especially in technical areas, where female participation is scarce or non-existent. Objective: To promote equality for all people through inclusion to contribute to the construction of a more equitable, innovative, and just society. Methodology: Statistical analysis methods, QQPlot and T-Student. Results: Indicate that there are a greater number of men in technical high schools. Conclusion: Strategies should be implemented to guarantee equality of competencies in these professional figures.
