Cooperative leadership: an approach to the management stereotypes in the financial cooperatives of Tungurahua

Abstract

Introduction: There is deficient cooperative leadership in the financial cooperatives of Tungurahua due to poor communication from managers, inefficiency in work performance, lack and demotivation of employees, lack of leadership knowledge and loss of profitability. Objectives: For this reason, the objective is to identify the achievements made during the manager's leadership, through a field methodology and recognition by virtue of financial cooperative organizations. Methodology: A field investigation was applied, through a survey of ninety-two segment three cooperatives and exploratory factorial statistical analysis. Result: As a result, it demonstrated a highly positive correlation regarding the factors of transactional leadership and transformational leadership in the direction of segment three financial cooperatives. Conclusions: However, it must be considered that the performance within the organizations must be continuous because it allows growth and looks towards opportunities and future growth to avoid errors.
