Stereotypes and their influence on the process of intercultural communication to strengthen the teaching of the English language

Abstract
Introduction: The article addresses the problem of stereotypes and their role in the teaching of intercultural communication. Objective: to examine the characteristics of the teaching of a foreign language, as well as the pedagogical conditions necessary for the productive learning of a foreign language by university students applying the style of scientific discourse on the example of the social and political sphere. Methodology: This linguistic material will allow the formation and development of linguistic and communicative competence among university students, prioritizing training in the area of engineering through categories and logical-semantic descriptors, with particular attention to the functioning of syntactic models. Results: It has been shown that stereotypes can lead to discrimination, which turns inaccurate and negative feelings into unfair actions towards certain people or groups. Conclusion: The aspects of intercultural communication are correctly added to the curriculum in the training curriculum by areas of knowledge to avoid a culture shock during communication.
