Cambios en competencias de emprendimiento y liderazgo tras mentorías, redes colaborativas y herramientas EdTech en educación media bogotana

Resumo
Introducción. La educación media requiere estrategias que articulen competencias emprendedoras, liderazgo y uso pedagógico de tecnologías. Objetivo. El objetivo fue analizar los cambios pretest-postest en competencias de emprendimiento y liderazgo de estudiantes de educación media asociadas a una estrategia pedagógica basada en mentorías, redes colaborativas y herramientas EdTech. Metodología. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo preexperimental de un solo grupo con 33 estudiantes de 16 y 17 años. Se aplicó una escala de 24 ítems Likert (1–5) organizada en emprendimiento, liderazgo y uso de herramientas digitales/redes. Resultados. La consistencia interna global fue alta (αpre=.917; αpost=.868). La puntuación total aumentó de M=88.24 (DE=12.79) a M=109.39 (DE=7.73); la diferencia media fue 21.15 puntos, IC95% [15.97, 26.33], t(32)=8.32, p<.001, con un tamaño del efecto grande (d_z=1.45). Wilcoxon confirmó la diferencia (W=6, p<.001). También se observaron incrementos significativos en emprendimiento, liderazgo y herramientas digitales/redes. Conclusión. Los hallazgos muestran un cambio pre-post de gran magnitud y respaldan el potencial formativo de integrar acompañamiento, colaboración y recursos digitales. La ausencia de grupo control, el efecto techo del postest y las limitaciones de validación instrumental restringen la inferencia causal. Área de estudio general: Educación.
