How to improve educational quality in the Accounting and Auditing career at the University of Guayaquil

Abstract
When dealing with issues related to the educational system, it is necessary to take into account the interdisciplinarity of factors that surround it, higher education in this case demands a constant participation of different managers to guarantee a high level of excellence and institutional improvement, this research work Its purpose is to inquire about the main aspects and evaluation indicators for the educational quality in the Accounting and Auditing career of the University of Guayaquil, through a qualitative methodology with a descriptive scope, it seeks to make a referential review in previous works. about the criteria for evaluating educational quality at a higher level and to be able to establish a general perspective of what can be applied to improve the educational quality of these careers while maintaining quality standards; resulting in a correlation of responsibilities from the establishment of government educational policies, educational management, resource management, establishment of high-level curricular bases, pedagogical and professional teaching management, active student participation and a follow-up scheme for future graduates, which guarantee to raise the institutional image and therefore generate professional resources of excellence for society.
