Abstract
The general objective of this research is to analyze the importance of the use of ICT in techno-pedagogical methods that affect teaching management. The methodology used was based on a bibliographic development of a documentary type. ICTs in the educational system have been based on a boom in web 2.0 and the many tools that exist to facilitate virtual education. The use of ICT in the field of university education requires the commitment of the authorities and the teachers themselves. The latter must apply the pedagogical strategies according to the programmatic contents with a mastery and knowledge of the technological instruments. From here, the techno-pedagogical methods are born, which pursue the creation of learning objects, which are characterized by being the means of interaction between the teacher and the student and which are the creative domain of the teacher.
