Abstract

Currently, organizations have to adapt and face the different changes in the markets, as well as the constant change of technologies, in order to maintain their performance and productivity, however, despite these changes, organizations maintain that the most important instrument to achieve the expected results are the employees, since they are the ones who make use of the technologies and the implementation of the different procedures and plans of the organization. For this, organizations must worry about creating an organizational climate that satisfies the expectations and needs, both personal and professional, of their employees, as well as devising a plan of motivation and work stimulation, which translates into having a staff that performs a performance that identifies and complies with the mission and vision of the organization, and in this way ensure that the organization and employees, together, achieve their set goals.
